CIRCUIT TRAINING

The class, designed for all ages over 16 and levels of fitness, will help you improve your fitness and stamina through the use of gentle but repetitive exercises under the guidance of a qualified instructor. Exercises include stretching, boxing, squats, lunges, light free weight lifting, press ups, abdominal exercises and many more. So why not come along, work out and have a great time?

The circuit training class meets every Thursday evening from 7.45 to 8.45pm at the shul.
