Notes
a) Kol Chai members receive a 10% discount on the above rates
b) All rates include the Building Manager opening and closing the premises.
Booking rate conditions
1. All bookings are subject to a deposit of £250, which is refundable in whole or in part at
Kol Chai's discretion (see hiring condition 6).
2. The Building Manager must attend for the duration of all non-member hires and will be
charged at £12.50 per hour (see hiring condition 4).
3. Other than for opening and closing the premises, the Building Manager's time will be
charged in addition to the above rates for attendance set up and / or any clearing away
that is requested or necessary (see hiring condition 4).
